This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions", "Terms of Use") governs the use of the materials and services that are made available by WoMaster for its members. This Agreement represents all the terms and conditions, and understanding between WoMaster (“we”) and the entity who applies for WoMaster membership ("you").

WoMaster may, in its sole discretion, change or modify this Agreement at any time, with or without notice. To apply for Regular Membership, you need to carefully read the Membership Agreement. After that, you need to fill out required data in the form in “Apply for account” section. After you press “Submit” to send application form to WoMaster, you should wait till we confirm your application.
2. Requirements for Members
a. All the materials, names, marks, and logos appearing on this website are trademarks owned by or licensed to WoMaster. WoMaster authorizes members to view and download a copy of the materials on this website. Member has the right use WoMaster's website materials for reproducing, displaying, public performing, or distributing for commercial purpose on the condition that Member notifies us beforehand.
b. Applying for membership implies that you are required to register and select a unique login and password ("Personal Login Information"); you must keep your Personal Login Information confidential. Your Personal Login Information is personal to you and you may not allow any third party to use it under any circumstances. You must contact WoMaster immediately if you become aware of or believe there is or may have been any unauthorized use of your Personal Login Information, or otherwise wish to deactivate your Personal Login Information due to security concerns. If you violate any of these terms, your permission to use the WoMaster website materials will be terminated and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of the WoMaster's website materials.
3. Termination
The Membership is effective until terminated. The requirements we ask of our members if not fulfilled considered being a breach of the Agreement.
