WoMaster is committed to protecting and maintaining your privacy. Our Privacy Policy complies with global principles and standards on handling personal information – data collection, data access, and data security. We want you to know exactly what information is collected, why we collect it, how we protect it, and how you can access or change it.
Personal Information
Through its website, WoMaster will not collect any personal information about you (e.g., first and last name, company name, company address, phone, fax, email address, country), unless you voluntarily choose to provide us with it during website membership registration or newsletter subscription.
We may combine the information we collect from you with information obtained from other sources to help us improve its overall accuracy and completeness, and to help us better tailor our interactions with you.
Purpose of Use
  • When you do provide us with your personal information, we usually use it to respond inquiries, process orders, or provide you with full access to our services, documents, and newsletters, special offers through marketing communications.
  • We will use your personal information for the purposes it was collected and will not use it for a different purpose without first asking for your permission.
  • As a global company, we may transfer your personal information to our worldwide branches or to third parties acting on our behalf located outside of the country where the data is collected where data protection standards may be different.
  • In our website, we may use codes of third-party companies, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, to evaluate marketing activities. We use SalesForce cloud for database management. All the data collected will be used in accordance with our own Privacy Policy and Google’sFacebook’s, and SalesForce’s Privacy Policies.
When you access WoMaster’s website, we may use a browser feature called “cookie” to collect the information that is not personally identifiable. A cookie is a small text file containing a unique identification number that identifies your browser, but not you, to our computers each time you visit our website. Cookies are used to remember information you have already entered, for instance your account and password, so that you will not have to re-enter them every time you visit. You can ask your browser to not accept cookies or to notify you when a cookie is being sent if you do not wish to accept cookies. You can also manually delete all cookie files from your computer.
Online Communications
In order to provide you with a product, service or information, you may voluntarily submit personal information to us for purposes such as registration, newsletter subscription and correspondence, making a purchase, obtaining a quote or other information, and participating in seminars and surveys. If you are known to WoMaster as a registered user of an online service, we may combine and store personal information about your use of our website and the online information you have provided with certain other online and offline information we may have collected.
Email Communications
Occasionally, we may send you e-mail communications with information that may be useful to you, including information about our products and services. We will include instructions on how to unsubscribe and inform us of your preferences if you decide you do not want to receive any future marketing or promotional e-mails from WoMaster. However, if you are a customer, supplier or otherwise have a commercial relationship with WoMaster, to ensure that you receive important information, you agree that we may send you non-marketing related information when necessary.
Our website is not intended to be used by children nor is it used to knowingly collect information from or market to children.
Our website may contain links to other websites which are provided for your reference. You are advised that other third party websites may have different privacy practices than WoMaster, and WoMaster has no responsibility for such third party websites. If you link to or otherwise visit any other site, please review the privacy policies posted at that site.
Data Security
WoMaster is committed to protecting your personal identifiable information against unauthorized use or disclosure. We shall use reasonable efforts to protect personal information against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, modification, disposal or destruction, through appropriate security measures. WoMaster shall protect personal information regardless of the format in which it is held.
Data Access
Any individual can obtain access to their personal information or change it by submitting written request to WoMaster by email: Upon written request, WoMaster shall inform the requesting individual of whether or not WoMaster holds personal information about the individual, and prepare an access to this data in case it does hold it. WoMaster shall not give an individual access to personal information if doing so would likely reveal personal information about a third party and such third party has not consented to such access, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

Terms of Use
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions", "Terms of Use") governs the use of the materials and services that are made available by WoMaster for its members. This Agreement represents all the terms and conditions, and understanding between WoMaster (“we”) and the entity who applies for WoMaster membership ("you").
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before applying for WoMaster membership account. By filling out the required data in “Apply for account” section, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions stated here. WoMaster may, in its sole discretion, change or modify this Agreement at any time, with or without notice. You are responsible to read this document from time to time to ensure that your use of our website material and services remains in compliance with this Agreement.
If later you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please notify us and we will terminate your membership.

1. General
WoMaster has two-leveled Membership system: Regular membership level and VIP level.

Regular Membership level allows you to gain access to the website materials which are normally restricted to a non-member website visitor. The following data will be available for you after we submit your membership status:

To apply for Regular Membership, you need to carefully read the Membership Agreement. After that, you need to fill out required data in the form in “Apply for account” section. After you press “Submit” to send application form to WoMaster, you should wait till we confirm your application.

2. Requirements for Members

a. All the materials, names, marks, and logos appearing on this website are trademarks owned by or licensed to WoMaster. WoMaster authorizes members to view and download a copy of the materials on this website. Member has the right use WoMaster's website materials for reproducing, displaying, public performing, or distributing for commercial purpose on the condition that Member notifies us beforehand.

b. Applying for membership implies that you are required to register and select a unique login and password ("Personal Login Information"); you must keep your Personal Login Information confidential. Your Personal Login Information is personal to you and you may not allow any third party to use it under any circumstances. You must contact WoMaster immediately if you become aware of or believe there is or may have been any unauthorized use of your Personal Login Information, or otherwise wish to deactivate your Personal Login Information due to security concerns.  If you violate any of these terms, your permission to use the WoMaster website materials will be terminated and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of the WoMaster's website materials.

3. Termination

The Membership is effective until terminated. The requirements we ask of our members if not fulfilled considered being a breach of the Agreement.
